KIOS LLP was founded in 1999 and in 2000 received its First Major Contract for provision of services for Karachaganak field facilities: “Installation of Christmas trees and wellhead equipment, maintenance,and fishing-milling services”.

In 2005, Company had passed QMS certification in accordance with API Spec / Q1, API ISO 9001: 2000, all of it ensures:

In 2006, KIOS LLP began providing services for annular pressure control and wells operational reliability.

The problem of annulus pressure is often encountered in oil and gas wells operation practice but is particularly relevant for gas and gas condensate hydrogen sulfide rich oilfields. While taking into account field characteristics - abnormal reservoir pressure and its fall rate, complex geological and technical conditions, high concentration of toxic and corrosive components in the extracted raw materials, location of the field - the presence of annulus pressure in wells can be considered as a serious environmental threat.

Development of effective methods for monitoring well integrity and diagnosing geological and technical causes of annulus pressure is necessary to prevent emergencies and render control the quality of bed separation during development and operation of oil and gas fields.

In 2016, Company received the BG “GoldenHardHat” award from KPO, and this award is a proof of continuous improvements in health, safety and enviroment.
